Battery Regeneration

Battery Cell Regeneration

Bring your 'Dead' Battery Back to Life

A ‘dead’ or ‘comatose’ forklift battery doesn’t always mean it needs a full replacement—this is only necessary when the battery has reached the end of its lifespan.

High-quality forklift batteries typically last for 1,500-1,800 cycles, but poor battery management can significantly reduce their lifespan.

We are pioneers in battery regeneration, offering a proven process to restore lost capacity and extend battery life.

Battery Cell Regeneration

Our Process

Our Battery Regeneration process can:

  • Recover ‘dead’ or ‘comatose’ forklift batteries.
  • Extend the lifespan and runtime of sulphated forklift batteries.
  • Restore lost battery cycles caused by mismanagement.
  • Provide a 12-month product warranty on all regenerated forklift batteries.

Our proven battery regeneration process reverses the damage caused by charge and discharge cycles. Over time, sulphate crystals accumulate on the lead plates within each cell, reducing battery life and performance. Our process effectively breaks down these crystals, restoring capacity and extending battery longevity.

Battery Cell Regeneration

Our Solution

Our regeneration process fully reverses sulphation buildup and is guaranteed to restore life to your battery—or you don’t pay. This is the only proven system capable of achieving these results, with every regenerated battery backed by a comprehensive CEIL battery discharge report and our exclusive 12-month warranty.

Battery regeneration is ideal for batteries that have been left unattended for long periods, over-discharged, or poorly maintained. It is most effective for batteries between 0-7 years of age.

NO FIX, NO CHARGE Guarantee* If Our team can’t restore charge to your battery, you won’t be charged for the service*

What Does it Cost?

  • Regenerated batteries are a great economical alternative to a new forklift battery with the cost generally less than half the cost of a new battery.

Pricing is based on the battery size, voltage and AH capacity.

How Long Does it Take?

  • The battery regeneration process involves a series of charging, discharging, and cooling phases. The process can take anywhere between 2 to 5 business days depending on the condition of the Battery, if deemed viable for Regeneration.

No Play No Pay!
